WHAT TO WRITE: We want uniformity and consistency in this disruption. We have provided a brief script to paste into the question section. Script is as follows:

I have come to learn about the issues of anti-Black racism at the University of Windsor at large and specifically towards Jordan Afolabi as a result of Expose UWindsor.

Your inaction in the face of incontrovertible evidence of corruption by your subordinates is of grave concern and makes you complicit in the offence. Despite over 200 comments of condemnation made in response to your lacking statement on the murder of George Floyd in what became the most active post UWindsor’s social media has ever seen. You have chosen to continue ignoring the UWindsor student body’s demands for fair treatment of black students on your own campus.

There is no reason why dishonest and corrupt administrators like Charlene Roe and Danieli Arbex should continue to have ANY contact with any student (Black or otherwise) at the University of Windsor in light of their malicious attempts to weaponize the police against a black student who simply sought the equity, diversity and inclusion that University of Windsor offers in their catalogues but fall short of in practice.

Further there is no reason why the enablers of the corruption should continue to be employed by a University that boasts the commitment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I am calling on you to:
1. Take immediate action and rescind the racist, unjust, and extra-judicial sanctions against Jordan Afolabi.
2. Hold Danieli Arbex and Charlene Roe to account for their corruption and actions.
3. Hold Douglas Kneale and Ryan Flannagan to account for their enabling and inaction.
4. Show integrity and leadership and a true commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (see Expose UWindsor’s demands on their site).

I am further calling upon Danieli Arbex and Charlene Roe to resign from the University and publicly apologize to Jordan Afolabi for their blatant acts of racism. I want you to know that I support Expose UWindsor and Jordan Afolabi and I find the actions of you and your administration to be utterly contemptible.
